Steel fencing is the choice when a boundary has to take knocks, weather and tampering and keep looking the part. It gives you a fixed, secure line for homes, commercial yards, schools and industrial sites, and it can be built open for airflow and views or solid for privacy and protection.
What steel fencing is for
- Residential boundaries and side access
- Commercial yards and high-use zones
- School perimeters and public buildings
- Industrial sites needing fixed, secure panels
- Shared walkways and access lanes
The systems we install
Tubular steel fencing, vertical bars for a clear boundary without blocking airflow or views. Common on homes and commercial frontages.
Slat fencing, horizontal or vertical slats for partial screening, often used for privacy or around pool areas.
Steel panel fencing, solid sheets for full coverage where maximum privacy or protection is needed.
Each is built with welded posts, coated fixings and matching gates where the entry calls for it.
Finishes and features
Steel fences are welded for strength and finished in powder coat or galvanised for corrosion resistance. You can have flat-top or spear-head bars, horizontal or vertical slats, or custom privacy panels, in black, grey, white or a custom powder-coat colour to match nearby buildings and fences. Panels resist cutting and deformation, and pre-drilled fixing points keep the line consistent.
Gates and entry
We fabricate matching steel gates for driveway or pedestrian access, in swing or sliding configurations, manual or automated, with commercial-grade hinges and support hardware where the gate sees heavy use. Gates are reinforced to keep working smoothly over years of daily operation.
Steel or aluminium?
Steel has higher impact resistance and suits high-traffic or secure areas. Where corrosion is the bigger concern, such as a coastal boundary, galvanised or marine-coated steel handles it, or aluminium fencing and gates may be the lighter, rust-free alternative. For pool zones, steel can be fabricated to meet the pool barrier requirements, the same as our compliant aluminium systems.
Maintenance
Powder coating resists chipping and corrosion, galvanising protects the steel underneath, and panels only need a rinse to clear dust and debris. Touch-up coating handles the odd scratch, and gate hinges or latches can be adjusted if they see daily use.
Tell us whether you are after an open boundary, a privacy screen or a secure perimeter, and we will build the steel system to suit the site and the traffic it takes.
